Surface Table @ Tradeshow
UX / Interaction Design
Our pharmaceutical client, a $9B/y company, was launching its next big drug and wanted an impressive piece of technology to help tell the brand's story. In 2008, touch screens were a novelty and muti-touch was unheard of. When Microsoft debuted their Surface Table, I knew this was the prefect fit for the brand's needs.
I proposed the concept, gave the client a tour of the hardware at the Chicago Microsoft office, and then sold them the idea. I worked closely with another art director, producers, and developers to ensure the user experience was top notch and the wow factor blew away doctors at launch.
The first year the Clio Advertising Awards specifically awarded healthcare, we won a Silver Clio Healthcare award.
